Information you send us

When you submit a quote request, we receive the contact details you enter — name, company, phone, email, city and ZIP — along with the wire details, access notes and any photos you upload. We use that information to review your request, contact you about it, and arrange collection if you accept an offer.

Photos and material details

Photos are used to identify construction, gauge, condition and quantity. They are kept only as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting transaction, and they are not published, sold or used in advertising.

How the form is delivered

This site is built with HTML and CSS only; it sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics scripts of its own. The quote form is submitted through a third-party form service that delivers submissions and attachments to our email inbox. That provider processes the form data on our behalf, and its own privacy terms apply to the transmission and short-term storage of a submission.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your information, we do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not share quote details with other buyers. If you ask us to delete a request, we will remove it unless we are required to keep a record of a completed transaction.
